We believe that a 14-day test with 1,000+ blood sugar readings is a better indicator of the risk of diabetes than a single blood test.
We have developed the 1000Test™ which is a 14-day (24h) Diabetes Risk Test which measures the level of blood sugar every 5-15 mins giving 1,000+ readings to analyse and thereby reduces the risk of a single bad reading and other singular events.
We believe that a 14-day test with 1,000+ blood sugar readings is a better indicator of the risk of diabetes than a single blood test.
The result of the test is a Diabetes Risk Score from 0-100 and it important to underline that this test does not diagnose diabetes but gives an indication of the calculated risk of diabetes.
The 1000Test™ also works for Gestational Diabetes.
How we do a 1000Test™ – Diabetes Risk Test
We start by:
- Procuring a Sugar Sensor
- Setup an VideoMeet to setup the Sugar Sensor
- Apply the Sugar Sensor with your Health Team during the VideoMeet
- Connect the Sugar Sensor to Sijji Health intelligence platform (SHIP)
Then we:
- Setup a Visual Food Diary or a more comprehensive MyFitnessPal Food Diary
- Ask the member to update the chosen Food Diary with food & drinks
- Ask the member to update other contextual data for a more detailed Diabetes Risk Score (not mandatory)
So we can:
- Assign a Diabetic Risk Score™
