Don't forget to bring good vibes! oh!! And white socks for the handstands classes
How to prepare
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily, your mat and water... and all your good vibes to practice.
Come about 5 minutes before the class starts.
Ana Paula or better known as Anapau is a yoga lover in all its versions. A full immersion in this ancient discipline over 6 years ago in Mysore, India was life changing for her. She grew her passion into this practice and combined with her skills in Marketing, hospitality and entrepreneurship, opened her own boutique yoga studio in Barcelona, which led her to reinvent herself into an experienced yoga events curator and creative yoga practitioner and teacher.

Ana was fantastic! the location is lovely, with the sun and wind. it's a bit challenging so I can recommend it preferably for someone with at least a bit of previous experience. definitely see you again ☺️
