No need to reply endless questions about your sleep, just show us your sleep environment instead and our Health Team will start optimising your current sleep to help you make sustainable changes to your sleep, which you can maintain for the long term.
We would suggest that you do the Sleep Optimisation first
You can either do a Visual Sleep Diary by logging pictures of your sleep environment or do a journal entry in the HealthJournal.
For a more detailed diary using wearables, talk to your Health Coach.
